By signing up or using any of our services, you represent that you are of legal age you agree to provide true accurate information. www.presiderastores.com may sell products for children but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a debit card or any other permitted payment method. Indemnity

Debit/Credit Card Payment

In a debit/ credit card transaction, you must use your own debit/ credit card. www.presiderastores.com will not be liable for any debit/credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms of Use or any dispute arising in relation to the Site whether in contract or otherwise the Nigerian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
