Returns & Refunds
Refunds can be processed for orders that payment was completed online or via direct bank transfer provided items purchased are returned within 7 days of purchase
Returns are permitted for items within 7 days of purchase provided it meets the full requirement for returns.
REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNS
• Items must be untampered with and in good condition.
• The Tags and seal should be intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned
• Damaged Items:Items confirmed defective at time of delivery due to damages during transit which is visible may be returned.This is subject to validation
• Defective items: Items delivered with manufacturers defect are qualified for returns
• Delivery of Wrong Item: Returns are permitted for wrongly delivered items different from what has been ordered
• Quality: Returns can be processed for products delivered that does not meet required specification or work as posted online. This is subject to validation.
• Others: Returns can be processed if customer has a change of mind provided all the necessary requirements are satisfied.
Products in the following categories cannot be returned:
• Beauty & personal care
• Jewellery
• Underwear and Lingerie.
Cash on delivery items are only eligible for shopping vouchers to purchase another item.
